1Complete initial assessment form which details current business processes as well as your ideas for new system. We can also sign an NDA at this point if required.

2We may request further details if required or provide multiple options. Once an option has been selected we will provide an estimated quotation. The estimated quotation has no commitment, it is simply provided early in the process for indicative purposes.

3Once the customer accepts estimated quotation, a meeting is arranged to discuss the intricate details of the software. Once we have all the information we need, we will then develop wireframes so that you can see how the software will be laid out, what features it will have and how it will work.

4If the customer is happy with the wireframes, they can be signed off and a final quotation is provided, alternatively, an unlimited amount of changes can be requested.

5Customer signs off final quotation, first invoice is issued and deposit is paid.

6Development begins and regular progress updates provided.

7Once development is completed, we will provide you with training and invite you to complete our user acceptance testing to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your new system. Any data migration required will be carried out as well.

8Software goes live on a date agreed with the customer.
